At CaptionCraft, we are committed to providing high-quality captioned video processing services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the results, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Full Refund
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the results of your video processing, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the processing date.
Render Duration: The full refund is applicable only if you have used less than 2 minutes of renders. This policy is in place to allow you to assess the quality of our service without significant financial commitment.

2.2 Conditions
Usage of Credits: Refunds are available for credits used within the 14-day period if the rendered video meets the criteria specified above.
Single Use: This refund policy is applicable once per customer, to prevent misuse and ensure fairness.

3. Refund Process
3.1 Initiating a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at hello@captioncraft.studio within 14 days of the video processing. Include the following details:

- Your email address associated with the account
- A brief description of why you were dissatisfied with the result

3.2 Refund Approval
Upon receiving your request, we will review the render and ensure that it meets the criteria for a refund (i.e., limited to 2 minutes of processed video and within the 14-day window). This review process typically takes 3-5 business days.

3.3 Refund Method
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credits will be returned to your account. Alternatively, you can request the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment method. This process may take an additional 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available under the following conditions:

- If the request is made after the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period.
- If you have used more than 2 minutes in duration of rendering.
- For credits that have been used after a previous refund.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision indicated at the top. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
